I am a clinical psychologist and have lived in Canberra since 2020. I am passionate about providing therapy that is evidence-based yet tailored to meet unique needs, and I strive to create a nurturing and non-judgemental space in my therapy room. I work with adults, young people over 16yrs, and families.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a psychological treatment which acknowledges the relationship between how we think, feel, and act. It is suitable for both adults and children, and is effective for a range of mental health issues.

Schema Therapy (ST)
ST focuses on addressing underlying constructs and unhelpful coping styles, which have often been developed as a result of adverse experiences in early development. It is suitable for long-term issues which may have been called 'treatment resistant' in the past.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps individuals to identify their values and act within them more consistently. It also applies mindfulness concepts and skills to assist individuals develop greater self-awareness and resilience.

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
TF-CBT is a structured treatment for children and young people who have experienced trauma. It often incorporates parents and guardians.

Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IP)
IP focuses on social interactions and interpersonal issues and how they contribute to distress, and aims to improve communication and conflict.
